Drive wheels ITR - Functionality

Ensure secure installation of drive wheels. The machine's operating manual provides instructions for tightening the mounting bolts. They offer key information regarding the installation of the chain wheel bolt and torque.

Reliable drive wheels ensure effective transmission of drive loads from the main transmission to the track via bushings, guaranteeing durability and resistance to cracking. Our sprockets are carefully matched to the bushings to ensure reliability and minimize the risk of misalignment. Controlled production processes ensure perfect equipment assembly, and the reversibility of the drive wheels allows for increased lifespan by moving them to the opposite sides of the machine. The rims of the drive wheels are made of deeply hardened steel, making them extremely durable and wear-resistant. Thanks to the SCMn3A material and hardening at 50 – 55 HRC, our drive wheels are ready to withstand even the toughest working conditions.
