Drive wheels ITR - Functionality

Ensure secure mounting of drive wheels. The machine's user manual provides instructions on tightening the bolt fastening. They provide key information regarding the installation of the sprocket bolt and torque.

Reliable drive wheels ensure effective transmission of drive loads from the main gearbox to the track via bushings, guaranteeing durability and resistance to cracking. Our sprockets are carefully matched to the bushings, ensuring reliability and minimizing the risk of misalignment. Controlled manufacturing processes ensure perfect equipment installation, and the reversibility of drive wheels allows for increased lifespan by switching them to the opposite sides of the machine. The rims of the drive wheels are made from deeply hardened steel, making them extremely durable and resistant to wear. With SCMn3A material and hardening at the level of 50 – 55 HRC, our drive wheels are ready to withstand even the toughest working conditions.
