Our range includes a wide selection of drive wheels that fit machines of various operating weights, starting from JCB® 8008 (0.95 tons) up to KOMATSU® PC 1250 (110 tons). With our drive wheels, you can be confident of reliability and excellent performance in all conditions.

Drive wheels ITR - Functionality

Ensure confident assembly of drive wheels. The machine's operating manual provides the method for tightening the bolt mounts. They provide key information regarding the mounting of the chain wheel bolt and torque.

Reliable drive wheels ensure effective transmission of drive loads from the main gearbox to the track through the bushings, guaranteeing durability and resistance to cracking. Our sprockets are carefully matched to the bushings, ensuring reliability and minimizing the risk of misalignment. Controlled production processes ensure perfect equipment assembly, and the reversibility of drive wheels allows for increased lifespan by transferring them to the opposite sides of the machine. The rims of the drive wheels are made of deep-hardened steel, making them extremely durable and wear-resistant. Thanks to the SCMn3A material and hardening at the level of 50 – 55 HRC, our drive wheels are ready to withstand even the toughest working conditions.
