Specialized shell with tension rollers, ideal for use in excavators.

The durability of the tension roller shell tread is equal to the durability of the track chain links. This means the user does not have to worry about maintenance throughout the life of the tension roller.

Specially designed tension rollers made of deep-hardened steel, characterized by vibration resistance. Their hardening is 50 – 58 HRC, ensuring reliability and durability in all conditions.

Tension rollers and bearings are designed to reduce friction and wear and provide maximum strength. Lubricated for life to minimize maintenance.

Bronzed sliding bearing, perfectly suited as support for the tension roller. It ensures stability and durability, resulting in efficient operation of the tensioning system.

Tension rollers with sleeve construction provide a large surface area for better load distribution. The soft bronze coating in the bearing protects against any small contaminants that could damage the shaft and seals.

Duo-Cone tension rollers. Seals the oil inlet. Duo-Cone tension rollers consist of two metal sealing rings and two rubber ones.

Tension rollers with rubber rings provide appropriate pressure on both sides of the metal sealing rings. Resistant to permanent deformation and temperature changes from -40°C to 110°C. Duo-Cone seals are designed to withstand several tread lifetimes, depending on individual conditions.

Oil. Track tension rollers lubricated with oil use a special oil that provides better cooling and lubrication than traditional grease.
