Functions of the upper support rollers: They support the track, between the sprocket wheel and the tensioning wheel. The roller tread durability is matched to the durability of the track chain links. Support rollers have induction-hardened shells for increased surface hardness, wear resistance, and fatigue strength while maintaining core properties. Values range from 50 to 58 HRC. Shafts and bearings are designed to reduce friction and wear and provide maximum strength. Lubricated for life to minimize maintenance.

Bronze slide bearing. The design provides a large surface area for better load distribution. The soft bronze coating in the bearing protects against any fine contaminants that may damage the shaft and seals. The Duo-Cone seal consists of two metal sealing rings and two rubber ones. The rubber rings provide appropriate pressure on both sides of the metal sealing rings. Resistant to permanent deformation and temperature changes from -40°C to 110°C. Duo-Cone seals are designed to withstand several tread lifetimes, depending on individual conditions.
