Drive wheels ITR - Functionality
Ensure the confidence of installing drive wheels. The machine's user manual provides the method for tightening the bolt fastening. They provide key information regarding the installation of the chain wheel bolt and torque.
Reliable drive wheels ensure effective transmission of drive loads from the main transmission to the track through bushings, guaranteeing durability and resistance to cracking. Our sprockets are carefully matched to the bushings, ensuring reliability and minimizing the risk of misalignment. Controlled production processes ensure perfect equipment installation, and the reversibility of the drive wheels allows for extending their lifespan by transferring them to the opposite sides of the machine. The rims of the drive wheels are made of deep-hardened steel, making them extremely durable and wear-resistant. With SCMn3A material and hardening at the level of 50 – 55 HRC, our drive wheels are ready to withstand even the toughest working conditions.
