The durability of the tension roller shell tread matches the durability of the track chain links. This allows the user to enjoy trouble-free use of this important component without the need for maintenance.
Tension rollers made from deeply hardened steel, specially designed to minimize vibrations. Their hardening ranges from 50 to 58 HRC, ensuring reliability and long-lasting performance.
The tensioning system with rollers has been designed to reduce friction and wear and to provide maximum shaft and bearing strength. Lubricated for the entire service life for minimal maintenance.
Bronze bush bearing, perfect for supporting the tension roller. It ensures stability and durability, which translates into efficient operation of the tensioning system.
This sleeve design is ideal for use in tension rollers, providing a large surface area for better load distribution. The soft bronze coating in the bearing protects against any small contaminants that could damage the shaft and seals.
Duo-Cone seal with tension rollers. Seals the oil inlet. The Duo-Cone seal with tension rollers consists of two metal sealing rings and two rubber ones.
Rubber rings, including tension rollers, provide appropriate pressure on both sides of the metal sealing rings. Resistant to permanent deformation and temperature changes from -40°C to 110°C. Duo-Cone seals are designed to withstand several tread lifespans, depending on individual conditions.
