Functions of upper support rollers: They support the track between the drive sprocket and the idler wheel. The roller tread durability is matched to the durability of the track chain links. Support rollers have induction-hardened shells to increase surface hardness, wear resistance, and fatigue strength while maintaining core properties. Values range between 50 – 58 HRC. Shafts and bearings are designed to minimize friction and wear and provide maximum strength. Lubricated for the entire service life to ensure minimal maintenance.

Bronzed sliding bearing. The design provides a large surface area for better load distribution. The soft bronze coating in the bearing protects against any small contaminants that could damage the shaft and seals. The Duo-Cone seal consists of two metal sealing rings and two rubber rings. The rubber rings provide appropriate pressure on both sides of the metal sealing rings. Resistant to permanent deformations and temperature changes from -40°C to 110°C. Duo-Cone seals are designed to withstand multiple tread lifespans, depending on individual conditions.
