Single-edge lower travel roller for a mini excavator. Internal width between roller flanges 75 mm internal guiding edges for the mini excavator.
Travel rollers for ITR mini excavators and compact loaders are specially designed for the toughest applications and environments. A full range of sizes and types is available for all popular brands and models. ITR rollers are forged products made from selected materials such as boron steel, high-strength castings, and top-quality components. Deep heat treatment and precise machining ensure uniformity and consistency of production. Accurate assembly, lifetime lubrication, and quality control during and after production ensure product performance and reliability. The range of ITR travel and support rollers includes everything from mini excavators to mining machines.

The single flange roller shell is used in excavators.
The durability of the roller shell tread equals the durability of the track chain links. No maintenance is required throughout the roller's life.
The roller shell is made from deeply hardened steel and designed to be vibration-resistant. Hardness 50 – 58 HRC.
Shafts and bearings are designed to reduce friction and wear and ensure maximum strength. Lubricated for life to minimize maintenance.
Bronze sliding bearing, excellent for supporting the tension roller. Provides stability and durability, leading to efficient operation of the tensioning system.
The bushing design provides a large surface area for better load distribution. The soft bronze coating in the bearing protects against any small contaminants that could damage the shaft and seals.
Duo-Cone seal. Seals the oil inlet. The Duo-Cone seal consists of two metal sealing rings and two rubber ones.
The rubber rings provide appropriate pressure on both sides of the metal sealing rings. Resistant to permanent deformation and temperature changes from -40°C to 110°C. Duo-Cone seals are designed to withstand several tread lifetimes, depending on individual conditions.
Oil. Oil-lubricated track rollers use oil that cools and lubricates better than grease.
